After 16 years leading education and government markets for a Fortune 40 company, Shane Brody felt the pull to build something of his own- a company rooted in purpose, strategic clarity, and long-term impact.
Throughout his corporate career, Shane worked at the intersection of sales, funding, and infrastructure, helping school systems, higher education institutions, and healthcare organizations navigate complex procurement environments and connectivity initiatives. Over time, he recognized a recurring gap: leaders often had strong vision, but lacked a clear pathway to align funding, partnerships, and execution.
He founded Mobility Solutions to close that gap.
Today, Shane serves as a strategic pathfinder for organizations, district leaders, and public sector partners across education and connectivity. Rather than operating as a traditional sales consultant, he works upstream- helping leaders navigate funding landscapes, evaluate vendor ecosystems, design go-to-market strategies, and uncover growth opportunities others overlook.
Through the Solutions Pathfinder framework, Shane guides clients in charting clear, actionable pathways that transform complexity into measurable, scalable impact across K–12, higher education, and healthcare.
In addition to strategic advisory work, Shane continues to support connectivity and mobility initiatives, leveraging long-standing relationships across major carrier networks to expand access and infrastructure in education and healthcare communities.
Outside of work, Shane is a proud dad of four daughters and a passionate traveler. Alongside his wife, Jocelyn, he’s committed to showing their girls the world- exploring new cultures, tasting new foods, and seeing how education and opportunity take shape in different places. Those experiences continually shape his perspective, reinforcing his belief that connection, curiosity, and courage are at the heart of both travel and leadership.
